Default Need Help w/ Oil Pressure?!?!!?

Hey guys.. I noticed in the last few days my oil pressure is acting a bit weird. When I start the care, it's at about 40-60, when I get on the gas even a little it jumpes to about 80-100, when I let off the gas.. goes back down... not too sure if this is normal or not... any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

I've attached a video of exactly what it's looking like, take a look...
Man it just doesn't seem normal. That or I've never really noticed until now.

No reason to read about it in the owners manual, every internal combustion engine does that.
