Hi guys i own a 04 STi and have a best friend who has a 07 350z> His car is pretty quick and he just installed a Nismo Dual CAI system. He is looking for more power and i recommed header, Y pipe, and exhaust, but its pricey. Im posting for him, what other bolt ons are big power gains fro the Z. I have strongly reccomend engine management. Any help please?

 

If 15 HP is enough to make him soil himself, bolt on mods will work great. If he doesn't like crushing disappointment, you might tell him to consider more expensive work.

If your buddy drives a 350Z, and is interested in mods, he can certainly ask his own questions.

well ofcourse he can, but since he dosent have a computer or internet access i wanted to get him the information. I looks like this forum isnt very friendly with other car enthusisast. Maybe its cause my sti is faster? Im just looking for some information. Provide it or dont comment.

yeah I recommend going FI if he has the need for speed. Bolt ons are pretty much worthless unless you think 5-15HP gains are noticeable

 

So you don't own a Z, but your buddy does so you sign up to ask questions about his car - hmmmmmm. Something's fishy.

 

I agree as he could let his buddy borrow his computer to ask questions.
