Default New Cluth & flywheel but car won't start

This is a repost from another thread but I really need help to get home for Thanksgiving...
I tore my clutch/flywheel the other day and took my car in (06 base coupe MT 43k miles) to the nearest dealership to have the clutch/flywheel replaced and now the car won't start...
Could it be a bad flywheel? they're putting a new one in to try and figure it out...
The engine cranks over but won't start...
Help! this is driving me nuts!

its a guiding pin. for the flywheel. basiclly its slightly larger than the other ones, therefore the flywheel only goes on one way (if you did not line it up correctly, firing order will change).so you know you are at TDC. or could be simply your crank sensor.
