hey guys I'm having a problem with the Z need some advice or help on check engine light

I own a 06 350z and about a month ago i installed my tein flex with the edfc..not sure what happen but the check engine light turned on? didn't think nothing of it so i took it to the shop and had it red and cleared..(read something about a fuel sensor)..then never turned back on


then yesterday i installed a new stereo in my car..(headunit/amp/subs) not sure what went wrong again but the check engine light turned back on..but i never touched anything except turn the wires but im sure that wont turn on the engine light?
