Michelle, you already escalated your PayPal dispute to a claim and it was decided in my favor.
Ummmmmm.... let me say this Devin, I am STILL waiting for the letter from the dealership that you told me you'd get me. I am also waiting on the pics of the damaged pallet. I will not submit that one peice of paper to UPS... they will laugh me off the phone. It clearly says in their dispute section of their website, the packaging and/or boxing be preserved and all evidence of negligence be submitted with your claim. I don't want to get this thread off topic or even argue with you... but don't act like you are waiting for me. I told you I would do what I said, but I needed all the evidence. If you want me to submit with that one peice of evidence... just say the word. But I can promise you they won't even take a second look at denying that claim. I am trying to get enough evidence to get you some money back... but you gotta help me help you. I always do what I say I will.... I am a man of my word.

As for this girl, what is the issue with giving her money back and showing everyone here that you are a stand up guy? You stood up and did the right thing with me...

Yet you didn't know it had a POS Level10 valvebody that TurboTim has stated he doesn't use in his trans builds except for a single customer who wanted it. No I won't move on. This is the second buyer within the last month or so who has had issues with you and the only way that Ernie got satisfaction was by calling you out in an open forum. I think you're being shady and arrogant.

Why won't you agree to a return and refund for her???

The original product description was clearly misstated without actual knowledge that they would work in the stock fuel rails. If you really didn't know for sure, then you made a mistake and should own up. Unless there was an "as-is" disclaimer of some sort, you should just receive the injectors back and refund the money. I think you know that you'll have a tough time off loading those injectors onto someone else (if you want to maintain a clear conscience).

Situation is poor all around. But what goes around comes around - do the right thing.

I know times are hard but WTF One thing I hate is to see anyone get ripped off.

A) Here are the the rules of selling on the website.

1) You list the item in the "For Sale" section

2) You list condition and price of item

3) If you get a buyer for listed item you collect funds and send item.

B) What you do not do is ..

1) Tell someone item is new when its used...or lie about fitment or model of item

2) You don't list that item works when it does not....or will fit said car when you know for a fact that it wont.

3) You do not collect someone's funds and do not send listed item/s....and if customer finds item to not be as advertised....refund and take item back.

What will happen if you break the rules listed in (B)

We will follow you in every post you make....we will identify you as the thief you are.....we will make it so hard for you to sell anything on this website and G35driver....forcing you to change your screen name which in turn will have you banned for life.

Please read (A) and then study (B).

There is nothing decided in your favor, paypal does not look into issues where the product was not the correct item.

REFUND MY MONEY.

As stated by other members do the right thing here.

Thanks for backing me up here. I am a really honest person and just want injectors that work on my car so I can get my turbo build done. My engine is open right now w/ the rail off waiting for new injectors. Looks like I'm going to have to cancel my tuning appt and I already took a day off work to drive to get it done of course.

I hope no one else has to go through what I am going through here. I don't have enough money to buy more injectors...

Also took a day off this friday to get the build completly done. Looks like that was a waste as well

your on the radar now minus........

if i screwed up a sale like you did,i would refund the money and apologize! considering your selling experience's on this forum you need to reconsider your sales technique.

your not doing business the way some one with class and dignity would proceed.

give the money back or be labeled a thief

As stated before, the paypal dispute was not in your favor Devin

"Status
We're unable to decide this claim in your favor at this time. PayPal's Buyer Complaint Policy applies to the shipment of goods but not to disputes about merchandise quality.

What happens next

We encourage you to work directly with your seller to resolve this matter.

So I'm a thief? Sure. Thanks for quoting the rules. I've read them and done lots of sales on here without issue. Thanks again though.

That is your response to all of this???

rcdash hit the nail on the head. And you still haven't answered the question posed by Ernie and I.

Yep. I didn't do anything wrong here and I offered to buy and send her/him the spacers at my cost.

BTW - Ernie's trans has an SFR VB in it aka the TransGo kit. It was sent in to SFR already modded with the L10 VB hence the L10 stamp. I have no beef with you but if you insist on flaming, at least get it right. It is in fact an SFR VB.

The buyer wants a refund...not spacers...the injectors listed in the ad was not what was recieved.

Ummm... WRONG. You gave misinformation whether intentionally or negligently to the buyer about your injectors. She is clearly stating that she wants to return them and receive a refund. Yet you refuse.

You sold a product that by your own admission shouldn't require spacers. You are offering to fix an item that shouldn't have needed fixing.

WHY WON'T YOU REFUND THE MONEY FOR THE INJECTORS NOW THAT YOU KNOW THAT THEY WILL REQUIRE FIXING TO MAKE IT FIT STOCK RAILS?

You claimed it would work with stock rails. They were sold on that basis. Even with spacers, they WILL NOT WORK WITH STOCK RAILS. They require machining.

I can understand your position - you sold these with pics and the buyer accepted. I can understand you don't want the headache of trying to sell them again. Honestly if you had just said you didn't know if they'd work with the stock rails, and the buyer accepted that, then it would be on them. But that's not the case.

You've got to fulfill your claim - these will work with the stock rail. If you're willing to pay all machining costs and for the spacers, then that might be something, but even there, the buyer shouldn't have to put up with that headache because something you claimed during the sale turned out to be false.
