I have over 100k on my motor. Should i go ahead and have the transmission oil change? Thanks for any input.

If you haven't changed it before, then probably yes. Just make sure whoever changes it does not use GL-5 or any transmission fluid containing sulfer because it eats the bronze synchros. Use GL-4.

go with Redline or Motul as a replacement fluid. I would do Redline if it were me.

Change your tranny and diff fluids... fluids are cheap, tranny/diff are not
