it should have numbers on the specific cylinders they attach to...one goes to the factory unit and one to the motor...so it can intercept it and amplify it!! the connectors will only work one way...just gotta be the right cylinder

It is a easy install as the length of the harness will tell you which cylinder goes where....and it should wrap around the back of the motor.

well something isnt right with it.....I have installed the HKS DLI and my car is idling like crap and I pulled a code that says random cylinder misfire....does this mean one of the connectors is wrong? Also I installed new spark plugs tonight.

You probably plugged the connectors incorrectly, i.e. wrong coils. Double check the connections.

yeah I am trying to figure out which connector it is....they were not labeled...I checked the length and thought all was good....I made sure when I remove the Coils that I laid them just how they came out.....I need to go back out there and check..

George do you have any idea which way they go??? I cant find any pics from anyone showing them installed the correct way that is easy to look at.

can anyone go outside who has this installed and tell me the color sequence from left to right...color of the wiring that is.....that will determine if I have something wrong...or if it has something to do with the NGK Spark Plugs I just installed.

thanks man...really quick..I unplugged all of it and plugged back up the OEM wires...my car seems to be idling fine now but I hear occasional popping from the exhaust....could this be because of the many times I started the car trying to determine what was the correct path for HKS DLI wires?? Meaning to much fuel in the system? Also I realized after changing my spark plugs lastnight that I was running NGK 1 Step Colder plugs on my NA engine for awhile now....(installed by infiniti when I put the new engine in) which I know is not good...so I put the OEM spec of NGK into the car...Should I do an ECU Reset, Throttle body re-learn and timing Re-learn?
