what is the advantage of a 2 way lsd?

i understand the difference between 1.5 and 2 way lsd's, i'm just wondering what the real-world advantages are to a 2 way

i use the z as a DD, and it snows here. if the 2-way locked up under deceleration in the snow, would that be potentially dangerous?
