There is a loud clanking noise coming from my transmission, and I don't know what it is. It shifts through all of the gears fine, but it is always making a loud ticking/clanking noise. It does this whether the clutch is in or out so I dont think it is the throwout bearing since. Anyone have any ideas? I have an '03 with 53k miles on it.
