Hey guys, is this easy enough to do at home?

Is it just a case of unbolting the OEM VLSD, opening it up and dropping in the new unit or will I need specialist tools to set anything up?

I found this video- http://www.tomei-p.co.jp/asx/t-trax-1m-c3.asx and it makes the job look kinda easy. I'm guessing I could use some kind of vice to push that bearing on since I don't have a press like them.
