Vivid Racing? They are pretty reputable in the Subie world and are a sponsor of this site.

I have done business with them before. They sold me intake, exhaust and a set of Volks that should be here at the end of the month. Super friendly and helpful. I would definitely do business with them again.

I bought my Balsarini bumper from them and they ordered it direct from Japan. Great deal, no problems. Highly recommended. Talk to Mike.

If you are buying parts via the internet, there is none better. If you want a local shop to tune your car, perform dyno testing or install parts, I'd recommend Dyno-Comp first. Their info is below:

Dyno-Comp
8295 E. Raintree Dr. Suite A
Scottsdale, AZ 85260
(480) 596-0500

Talk to Richard if/when you call. They have a very clean and professional shop in Scottsdale with an all-wheel drive dyno for tuning. I'm sure you'd find his prices competitive as well. Good luck and happy modding!

I don't think that Vivid Racing does any good installs, but if you go a few blocks east you'll find Superior Racing Development, a reputable import tuner shop that's been in business for about four years now. I've been dealing with them since my Type R days, and they have done really great work on my Z. Another shop that's really great and reputable is Intense Motorsports, located in Gilbert, AZ.

I looked at the first half of that whole thread and it seems like a lot of people are very happy with there business. Like I said before I think they do a great job and will continue to work with them in the future.

Every company has one or two horror stories I think you have to kind of take them in stride and not automatically assume that it is the norm at that place. The infro is priceless to me though. Thanks again everyone!

Put it this way: I'd be more skeptical of the company that DOESN'T have customer problems than the one that DOES have one or two problems. If you don't have dissatisfied customers then you really don't have a gauge as to how you can improve your business. On top of that you can't please everyone.
