Default Clutch Related Issue. NEED HELP ASAP!!!

So i just did a motor swap on a z and put in a g35 motor using the same 350z tranny. OEM Clutch that was already on the motor. Now that everything is in the car, When i press the clutch pedal, its very stiff. Compared to my car, its crazy. We both have stock clutches but mines like easy, this car is hard to push in. What can be wrong? I dont think i forgot anything. Also, the slave cylinder was a challenge to put in. Ive done it numerous times and usually, it goes in easy and bolts right up. This one, i had to pry the fork back and really force the slave cylinder in there. Any ideas?

I'd look into this area first. Sounds like something is not right.

Ok so today i dropped the tranny, and nothing was out of the ordinary. However i replaced the pressure plate and disc with one that i know came from a z. They looked identical but i swapped it out anyways. And then im still in the process of putting the tranny back in. Its so hard puttin the tranny in on jackstands. Wish i had a lift.
