Is this noise normal?

Im not sure if this noise is normal. If you listen closely you can hear it in the video.

Man that sounds like shiit. Good news is that it sounds external to the motor. Fan alternator water pump?

To be honest...

too noisy. I have no idea where you trying to point at. My car is much noisy than yours...

Edit: Maybe fuel???
