Default Crank Bolt Question

What do you guys use to break the seal on your crank bolts? I'm using an impact wrench rated at 400 Ft/Lbs and I can't break it. I was going try and pick up one rated at 710 Ft/Lbs but if you guys have found better way to loosen those up its appreciated.

WD40.
Just double check: are you referring to the flywheel bolts that secure to the back of the crank? Stock is only 70 or so ft/lbs. How many miles on your car? Careful not to strip them.

Sorry wrong bolts, I'm refering to the Crankshaft pulley and bolt. Tried WD and it seems to have had no effect. I also wanted to make sure this crankshaft didn't spin in an odd direction and require a reverse bolt.

Got it done! Took a bigger Impact Wrench and a lock on the shaft to stop it from moving at all.
