Default whats wrong with my diff?

I just tested it out on a quiet road. stopped and with the wheel turned I dump the clutch and almost hit the curb on the other side of the road cause only one wheel is spinning? .... both tires always spin if I put it out into second though. any help would be greatly appreciated
