Default Vdc, slip lights with long cranking time?

Ok I researched this and so far no one has given a straight right answer to this problem. My car started doing the long crank time thing followed by the VDC, slip lights this weekend. Car drives fine no jerking or any other problems once it starts. I have a intake, test pipes and exhuast which have all been on for a while with no codes or any problems. The answers to this problem have ranged from low brake fuild which mine is normal, bad crank sensor which is what a code reader will say is wrong, bad battery or poor connection. I am at a loss I dont want to through parts at it with out fixing the problem cuz honestly I dont even want the car anymore.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I put new wheels and tires on last summer and front pads but not rear pads. Would that make my car crank time longer?

I cleaned of the crank position sensor and rest the ecu and problem is still there. could it maybe be a battery issue cuz I just repalced it a week or two ago.

sounds like cam or crank sensor. when they die they die, no use cleaning them.
