Default Traction control completely off???

I wonder if I turn VDC or ESP(I got a UK Zed) off, does the traction control still kick in?
as my experience, I can't feel TC any more...
but friend of mine said he heard from a japanese tv program said Zed's TC can't be turned completely off...
any ideas?

I believe you can wire in an on/off switch at the lead to the gyro. This will turn it off.

There is also a company in your area that sells a box which allows more control over the system. Off-hand I cannot remember their name though....

Turning off VDC does completely shut it down....

... except if you hold down your brake and gas at the same time

Never mind. I thought this was important to you. Important enough to say “thanks” or simply reply.

ABS is still on. I believe VDC is just related to the thottle input. Anyone?

^ I believe that is correct

This has been a little gray area for me as well. Where does TCS end and VDC begin...

Both are correct. VDC OFF turns everything but the ABS off.

It's all explained in the FSM - it's worth the download.
