Default Engine grounding kits?

Hey guys, has anyone done a engine grounding kit to their Z? i read a kit manufacturer's website and they made some pretty unbelieable claims about horsepower and fuel economy increases. I was just wondering if anybody had done this or had any info. thanks for the help

You're probably not searching by thread title only. Try doing that and you'll get much more accurate search results

come to think of it, i missed alot of what i've been searching for..

gotta start searching from scratch now

mods you can close this thread.. it's a failure, but it did help me knowing a new thing about the search feature.

Went with the 6 Wire grounding kit from http://www.maxground.com/ground.htm

NO REGRETS at all.... Easy to follow instructions, They constructed really nicely, Heavy duty 4 gauge wires, Gold plated and numbered rings, and they look freaking sexy.

I was getting a constant 12.4 Volts at idle according to my voltage gauge prior to installing the kit. After installing the kit I am reading 13.5 Volts at idle.... I was surprised. I didn't notice any difference in Power, However I DID notice a very quick start-up and much better throttle response.

check http://www.maxground.com/ground.htm for more info!!!!

to be honest, I installed a kit to improve my voltage efficiency, mainly due to my Voltage needle doing alot of dipping, especially in cold weather, and it didnt really didnt due anything that I can notice. Voltage needle doesnt dip as much, but thats about it. Dont expect power gains or even that much throttle response to really notice.

just make sure you request the new 9-wire kit: you'll need the extra wire for your turbonator
