Default Need help on removing rusted exhaust bolts!

Anyone know any good ideas? I tried just using socket but not enough torque to break the rust, and my aircompressor isnt strong enough for my gun. There is not enought space with out a lift. I've herd of spraying it with water and than heating it with a torch or drilling the nuts to break them. Will WD work?
Im tried using the search but it cant find the "url"

+1 on all the above. Presoak in PB Blaster, then use the breaker bar. You can use the torch, but the other method should get it...

This stuff is like PB blaster X10. PB is great, but I would be lost without this stuff.
