Default GURU's needed: BAD over heating issue

1 year long story short. continuous over heating problem. what else could it be??? doing some research for a friend with a 04' G35. NO ENGINE MODS, just a stereo upgrade.
parts infinity has replaced: all coolant hoses, coolant hard lines, rad cap, radiator, fans, fan sensors, fan motors, thermostat. everything that has to do with the coolant system.
he said one day he turned on the heater and it started to blow cold air then it started to over heat and thats when the problem began.

im thinking it could be a warp head or a blown gasket. ANYONE with any ideas???

Coupe, sedan? Has the fan clutch been replaced? I have had multiple ones with the fan clutch not coming on when hot. A/C tends to get very noisey and stop working also because of the high pressure from heat.
