noob gasket question!!!

Default noob gasket question!!!

so i got oil leaking from the top front of my car, what type of gasket do i need for that? is it a crankcase gasket or just value cover gasket?

More than likely a valve cover gasket. The other major gaskets are the cylinder head (unlikely without other indications of failure) and oil pan (much lower on the engine).

It would probably help if you posted a picture showing where the oil is leaking from.

it was hard to take the pic, but as you can see its kinda leaking from around those seals if not that nut down there

That looks like part of the front cover. You might be able to find the parts here:

Unless it's leaking a lot, I'd just clean it regularly, and let it go.

Maybe you can clean up the leak real good and use some clear silicone overnight to seal the leak, Good luck.
