Default Help with noise(s)

So I got my car back after putting back my stock crank pulley to bring impeller speeds down, and having some maitenance done. Unfortunately, I am still r having some issues and I'm trying to at least diagnose them until I can have them looked at (the end of the month).

I know it's hard to diagnose/identify issues relating to sounds over the internet without a recording, but if anyone can recognize the description or has any suggestions on what it may be, I would appreciate it.

1. I have had idle surge for the past 1.5 years. At first it was a vacuum leak from the Cos. plenum, but now after a new replacement, a recent boost pressure test came out ok. So, now I am thinking it is due to a dirty/sticky throttle body. I plan to clean it with some CRC throttle body cleaner and also clean the maf to see if that resolves the issue. The idle surge has gotten worse since I got the car back and the weather has been hot, which is I hope does not point to a vaccum leak (metal expanding with heat), and just a dirty tb which can be solven with cleaning.

The noise I hear is a vibration/buzzing from the engine when the idle surge is bad and drops from 250rpms to about 1200 rpms. The buzzing/vibration occurs when the rpms reach above ~1000 rpms. It last for a second or too, then goes away. The vibration can be heard and felt in the steering wheel and in the pedal area. It doesn't always occur, but when it does it is noticeable.

2. The second noise occurs when the car is moving and it is coming from the front passenger side wheelwell or the driver side underneath the car. The noise seems to occur with the car/wheel/tire moving. The best way to describe the sound is a "chugga, chugga, chugga, chuga, chugga, chugga, chugga" sound. It sounds similar to the sound a flat tire makes when driving just not quite as loud. It also sounds like the sound a bicycle wheel makes when there is a playing card in it, just not as repetitive.

It can be heard with the window down and slightly heard with the window up. Sometimes it is loud and sometimes it is softer, and occasionally the noise is not there, but recently when driving it is present. The noise can be heard the most at speeds of 20-30 mph.

At first I thought it could be interference from a plastic wheelwell shield or the like, but everything is in place and there does not seem to be any intererence that I can see from the outside of the car on ground level. The only other thing I can think of that might be contributing to the noise is that the front right (where the noise occurs) camber is a little more that 3/10's more than the left. FL camber is -1.64. FR camber is -1.95. Last time the car was on the rack I did not see that the bushing was worn on that side, but haven't has an opportunity to check recently. The camber arms, bushings are all stock and haven't been changed on the car ('05 with ~26k miles).

Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions on what could be causing these noises?

thank you.

The more I drive the car, the more the 2nd sound appears to be a "click" that occurs with the rotation of the wheels. It's not constant, it comes and goes. I know there was a tsb for a rear axle click, but I don't think there was one for a front? I'm out of warranty anyway, I just hope a fix for whatever it is, isn't too expensive..

i actually have the same exact second sound that you described. it happens on speeds of 20-30mph and its really getting on my nerves. i tried to see where its coming from but no luck. i took it to the dealership and they simply said we cant replicate the sound we dont know what you're talking about. so i hope someone out there had this problem and knew where its coming from. everybody helped us out please
