as the titel states i just noticed today that thereīs a noise coming from the vacuum hose (pvc) that connects the rocker cover with the lower plenum
it sounds like when you open a sparkling water bottle, if you open it up to fast, just all the time never noticed this before cause itīs just noticeable if you stand in front of the car (with open hood). could this be a side effect from the gruppe-m intake i installed??? i tried to figure out if itīs really the hose but i canīt say if it really is the hose.
any ideas???? oh almost forgot to mention that i drive the Z without my engine cover.

 

you have a vacuum leak. just replace the hose

mine was leaking as well. dealer wanted 20 dollars for it, went to autoparts picked up one for a few bucks. done deal.
