I know just as little on this subject as you, but welcome to the forum. If I was an ideal noob, I would search my face off before asking a question like this.

...unless you like pain

So, you're looking for the manual on how to do this one-of-a-kind project? As others have suggested-search on engine swaps. A few have been done but don't expect a detailed step by step instruction

The easiest way to swap is to do what I do.

1. drive home
2. get out of the Z
3. walk over to the Titan
4. press unlock on the key fob
5. open the door
6. climb up and in (from Z to T it's up)
7. start her up
8. drive her away

now, your swap is complete.

My way may be a bit more complicated and have a few more steps than swapping the VQ for a VK in a Z, but I'm sure you'll figure it out with a bit of SEARCHING.

I'm completely sorry for my previous post.

To OP, all you need is the VK, it's a direct bolt on.

OP, a better route would be to go forced induction ( probably cheaper also depending on which route you go). Search the forum, this has been discussed before.

No need to apologize (simply because I agree! <3 our Titan) Do you know at one point when Nissan was overstocked with Titans by 450 days that they were giving buyers a Versa when they bought a Titan?

I have an 08.5 T and enjoy it as much as the Z. I did some mild mods and got 14.4 in the 1/4 and I'm still waiting to get uprev, I'm on TitanTalk under the same screan name.

i didn't feel like searching because i figured the smart people on here would have a quick reply.....

either way after some personal research, and a couple phone calls to the tuning company out here in Arizona someone manned up and decided to take the challenge....

the project will be under way in a couple week's ill post pictures throughout the process.... hopefully up and running in about 4-5weeks....

I'm on TT as well as CT, but not very active. 14.4 is hauling in a big T! My runs are pretty consistent at 15.5 @81mph - good for bracket racing (unlike everything else in our garage!).
