Default Dealing with Nissan NA - 2006 oil consumption

So I finally had the oil consumption issue on my 350z. The dealer only replaced the short block. However, the dealer did state - and I believe there is documentation - that the engine was starved of oil upon their receipt of it. It has not seized yet, but my oil pressure was fairly low.

My Nissan NA adviser refused long block authorization. I am thinking that my Z is going to be a ticking time-bomb? How do I threaten legal action to replace my long block? Is there an escalation process with Nissan?
