Default Performance Chips or Electric Superchargers - Any Advice?

I have been googling ways to improve my 350Z's performance with aftermarket solutions on a budget.

I have found so called aftermarket stage 1 and stage 2 performance chips as well as 3 to 8 psi electric supercharger boosters which seem to be mounted onto the cold air intake.

Does anyone have personal experience with chips or these cheap electric superchargers? Please don't reply by flaming either product unless you have first hand knowledge of these and how they have performed or not performed for you or someone you know well.

Respectfully,
Reb

one word, turbonator. they sell them on ebay. more power and more gas mileage for cheap, ftw! good luck with your modding.

WOW, they get the same amount of power out of a $300 'thing' as other people do with several thousand dollar investments. Wish I had one.

If you get the electirc supercharger, you'll have to get the chip also as your stock ECU won't be able to get the mix right with that much boost.
