Default Greddy catch can causing vaccum leak

The oil level reading **** is leaking from where the plastic pieces and transparent hose is. I fixed it for now. Is there any solution to this other than plugging the holes with NTP plugs?

This is how I fixed it. I also changed the Greddy hoses out because they got dried up and got brittle.

Another update. Driver side valve cover caused a lot of gas and oil vapor inside the car with the AC on so I put it to vent in the catch can.

I know zip about catch cans, but it looks like it was intended to be mounted vertically instead of horizontally.

How are you going to know when it's full with the "level reading ****" removed?

I don't understand how oil and gas vapors from the valve cover were getting into the AC system and into the cabin.

Well it doesn't matter. That setup did not work and caused a vacuum leak. I just caught on to it today because it was a very small leak and the RPM was still somewhat steady dropping and raising only slightly but at very long intervals.

The driver side valve cover is venting under the car now.

It catches about 6oz every 3 months or so. I empty it every 2 months.

How many miles do you drive in three months? What kind of driving?

55 miles per day, on some 100 miles per day. Aggressive driving. On some days I give the car no break at all.

Back from the dead, can you mount the catch can sideways like that?
