Default Shims for final drive install

Hey guys, I'm going to get a diff and final drive installed in a few weeks and had a question about the shim(s) needed. I just want to verify that the shims are the part listed as #38154 shown in the pic attached. It's title is listed as "Washer adjust drive pinion" and when you click on it they do list several different sizes.

So far for the install I have:
Quaife diff
4.08 Final Drive
Z1 motorsports final drive install kit

I'm getting this installed at Hills Garage and I just want to make sure he has all the parts he needs. I'm planning on buying all the shims listed and then taking back the ones that aren't used.

I'm not sure if its that part or #38435, which looks like it goes on the sides of the differential.

Thanks for any help!

Nice question because I'm planning on doing the same thing when I take my Z to hills April 4th. I don't want to have to leave my car because he didn't have the right shims.

I don't see a picture attached though.

Yeah, I'm scheduled for the 17th. He's about an hours drive for me and it's going to be an all day job. Don't feel like getting stuck up there if something goes wrong.

I know how you feel haha I'm about 2 hours away and it's gonna be a hassle to fight through traffic at 8 am.

I also emailed Frank to see what he says so I'll let you know when he responds if no one else has helped.

Well I got an email back after I asked about just buying multiple sets, this is what they said

"There are tons of sizes. The cost would be high to have all plus return to stock fee from any vendor is like 25% "

They recommend just waiting and there is a chance to still have it done the same day.

I could've sworn some guy said he bought them all for $80?

Come on, someone has to know the answer to this question on here.

Best bet is to call another shop. Maybe Z1 Motorsports?

Nobody has them. Best bet is to install, measure, and run by the dealer same day and pick them up.
