Default 3.5 for 3.7 HELP ASAP

I'm going to be upgrading to a VLSD tomorrow and have the choice of the 3.5 or 3.7 final drive. The 3.7 is $300 more than the 3.5. Im currently run a 3.5 open diff N/A. My question is, for $300 are the 3.7s worth it.

the higher the number, the faster youll accelerate, but your top speed will be a little lower, dunno how much time you spend above 120mph but something to consider.
youll be at a higher rpm when your on the highway so a little less mpg too

if you plan on staying n/a get a shorter gear. if your going to go f/i keep the 3.5.

i hear great things about the 3.9 and 4.08 but your rpm @ 70 will be around 4k
