Default may be a newb question

ok so i recentley got a new clutch and flywheel (JWT). and before i replaced the last one i hadnt driven the car for a couple months cause i rode my bike every day. now im noticing that its kind of hard to put it into reverse, 1st and sometimes 2nd gear when im downshifting. i dont REMEMBER it being like that before my first clutch blew. am i just being paranoid or is this something i should get checked out?

Who did the work, did you change out the tranny gear fluid also & I also notice that when it's cold I have some issues getting the 6MT to smoothly shift until the tranny juices warm up. This is an inherent issue with all Datum's & Nissan's to the best of my knowledge.

welcome to the world of aftermarket clutches and flywheels ! my car does the same with a stage 4 . its just the way it is brotha . its normal . just get in the habbit or putting it in gear before the vehicle comes to a dead stop makes life a lil easier .

granny shifting, not double clutching like you should...

Seriously though have you tried double clutching in these situations? Both my Z and pick-up do this when cold down shifting.

Push in clutch, put in neutral, release clutch, push clutch, put in gear.

boom! double clutch works wonders.
