Default drive belts squeak..

ok this is pissing me off....replaced my drive belt and the tech tighten it to wear there they are snug and tight and good.....it only squeek when start up at cold start ...other then that is fine the whole days even park the car for 3 hours is still fine...only on start up or leaving the car park for extended hours.. however the belt i use wear not oem belt..is it that why ??? . I turn the car up and see the belt move and it does seem move smoothly no slack or whatever but only squeek from start up....i tighten it more but im scare i might over tighten it and damage my alternator ...there no whine or no noise.....only squeek when start up on cold start..anyone have this problem ? i even tried to use some belt dressing.it only help a little bit...after that it coming back...im starting to think is the belt....

My 03 does the same thing when the temp gets down below 40, my 05 does it once and a while. I just replaced the belt 2 weeks ago and deleted the idler pulley, no problems since.

Check the manual and use a torque wrench to tighten the bolts to recommended specs.
You can also use this spray thinggy which makes the belt/rubber stickier. i forgot the name of that spray. it comes in a can.

the two tensior(sp?) pulleys

and those come already put together you dont touch the bolts on the pulleys themselves to put them on.
