lol you're right the VK56 was a little bit of a stretch unlike my RB26, that will be going in this winter i'll keep ya'll posted on how it goes, pics soon

Quamen the vk5.6 is a us only engine. I know you Definately have the better end of the deal since my car still isn't done. I am building mine as Robert frost would put it, the road less traveled.

That being said an ls swap for 20k would be less headache and more power than the VK swap.

if i was you i would just put a hyabusa motor in it no one has ever done that and admit it how baddass would a chain drive 350z be??

Plus its got like a sequentail tranny so like omg ferrarie status!!

20k is not that of a bad deal for paying a shop to do the complete swap. LS1 swap is about $4500. My ls1 build is costing me $6k just in performance parts (heads, cam, intake manifold, throttle body, etc..), plus i need a mount kit, custom y or h pipe, hp tuners, a tune, and so on. I have a feeling i will finish up somewhere around 15k-16k, and thats with me doing all the labor.

^im about 20k into mine and im doing it all by myself. built motors and custom turbo piping isnt cheap my friend.
