Default some weird symptoms

So here is a list of some weird symptoms:

Vehicle has a hard time starting
Shuts down when car warms up and will not start till it cools down (a few hours later)
oil in the air filter housing (coming from throttle body)
oil on spark plugs (on the combustion chamber side)
getting the following codes: misfire and all cylinders
throttle actuator incorrect.

vehicle is in limp mode, half the power and service engine light is on. i took out the spark plugs and cleaned them but after reinstalling and running the car for a min or two they are oily again.

any ideas as to where i should start? i am hoping its not the valve rings...

How many miles on the car? Engine mods? Driving style? What's it sound like when it's running?

Without more info, I'd GUESS that oil is getting into the induction system through a bad crankcase ventilation valve, but high mileage, a modded engine, aggressive driving style, and unhappy noises could easily change that diagnosis.

39k miles on the car...no mods all stock...driving it conservatively. it does not sound very good when running. it runs like its misfiring (which it is)

Oil in the plugs is usually a sign of bad valve cover gaskets.

The OP says the oil is on the combustion chamber side of the spark plugs, so that's not it.

The combustion chamber side could be bad rings too but I doubt that's the case here too.

A stuck PCV valve would cause a pressure buildup in the crankcase, which could be forcing oil past the valve seals.

Is the exhaust showing any blue or black smoke? Are the tailpipes sooty or wet? Are you sure it's oil on the plugs instead of being really wet with gasoline?
