Default AMS 52mm rad....good fitment?

hey, im in the market for a radiator, and i want to buy the 52mm ams rad, will the 52mm radiator fit with no problems?

or should i go with something smaller like a 36 or something

36mm is bolt in, every 52mm rad (AMS, Koyo) i have had to do some cutting. Every one of those cars were also FI, but i believe i would need to cut a little for NA applications.

With no AC condenser, they should bolt in.

is there any reason you want such a big radiator? unless you are making a lot of horsepower stick with a 36mm like the koyo double row.

umm, just found a good deal on one, with plans for vortech in the future, and there will be no AC cond. so i should just go with a 36mm eh, thanks terrasmak and dikspiel

36mm will be fine with a vortech

Do you hit the roadcourse or not? Roadcourse 52mm, not smaller one.

I would be more concerned about adding a oil cooler if your goal is track use.
