Default TPS voltage low?

I just got done wiring up my microedge controller for my nitrous. Well the microedge says that at idle voltage is 0.68 and its idling a little low. Under WOT it only says the voltage is ~4.15. I've searched and read that the WOT should be 5.1. Correct me if I'm wrong. Does this mean my tps is bad? Is it adjustable in anyway?

Adjustable - no. Recalibration - yes.

BTW - the throttle plate never opens up 100%

Forgot to mention. When I try to recalibrate it, after I hold down the pedal for 20 seconds and the SES light stops blinking, I let off the pedal and go to start the car and it almost immediately dies and won't idle.

Try disconnecting your controller to see if it is interfering with the TPS.

Hmmmmm... I'd be real surprised if this is a coincidence that the TPS failed now.

Can you get the engine to run but not idle?

As far as you can tell, no codes are being thrown , i.e. SES light on?

Well I downloaded te FSM. I found out that the voltage for pin 50 should be more than .35v fully released pedal. And it should be less than 4.75v fully depressed. So my tps seems to be within spec. Only SES light I have is p0037 and that's because of my test pipes. I have a JWT intake. What else could make it die when I start it? If I rev it up, it'll come back down and idle, but idles at about 450~500, and almost feels like it's going to stall. Otherwise performance though is fine.

did you have your car hot when you did the TPS reset. everything must be at operating temps for the tps to calibrate

Yes sir. Did everything according to the FSM. Would a vacuum leak make me have low idle? I've only experienced vacuum leaks raising your idle.
