Default 2006 Engine Replacement Quality

I'm in the market for a newer 6mt 350z to move up from my 5at 2003. I'm well aware that the 06 6mt's had oil consumption issues and the engines were replaced under warranty. What I can't seem to get a straight answer on is whether or not the replacement engines had any significant issues? From what I've seen I haven't seen any noticeable issues.

The reason I'm asking is because I'm looking at an 06 that has 55k miles but had the engine replaced approx 10k ago. He's asking $18.9k with a Kinetix ssv manifold, pop charger, APS exhaust, Kenwood head unit, and Volk GT-S wheels. I feel as if I could get it down to $16.5k it would be fair as I know mods don't add any significant value.

Any comments in regards to experience with replaced 06 engines and fair prices would be helpful!

The motor the car came with went 52. The replacement is still in, has 24k on it and started using 2quarts per 1k at 18k miles.
