It was a combination of things, a couple bearings spun for sure, and I was adding a quart of oil a day during the last week. Unfortunately the shop couldn't get the car in when they were supposed to, and more damage was done in the days beetween then and when I actually was able to get the car to the shop.

Uggg that stinks man. Sorry to hear but can't wait to see the new setup.
A side note (newb *** question) When you guys say spun a bearing, which bearing/bearings are you referring to and what would cause this?

Usually a rod bearing if you spun would cause low oil pressure; but to burn a quart every day and be all over the place like that would have to be a bad rear or front main seal; maybe a improper line hone; or it could be bad rings i.e. someone lined all the gaps up in a row i have seen that many times causing oil starvation. but this looks like a couple of things, also looks like the bearing were put in dirty on the crank lots of scoring

To be more detailed: The same shop was supposed to be finished with my other car, G37, on Saturday. My Z was supposed to go in Saturday. 'Nothing' seemed wrong at that point. Well, I got a call at 6pm Friday saying my G would not be done until Tuesday. Tuesday, on the way to the shop, I heard the noise for the first time.
