Default Why hasn't anyone swapped to a FWD VQHR TB

So, I found out today that the FWD maxima VQ35HR TB was 75mm, which is bigger than our 70mm, they look alot the same, and I was wondering what would really be different, if the TPS's were the same, then would it just be a recalibration of the TB to make it work?

Didn't SGMotorsports use that plugnplay 90mm throttle body that a) didn't fit under a hood very well and b) didn't change much at all ?

Because no one has swapped a VQ35HR into a Maxima yet. 2009+ Max has DE and same throttle body number as Z.

To this date, I am the only individual on the maxima forums that is running a rwd vq35 in a maxima. There have been people that did a fwd vq35 swap as well as one individual that has swapped a newer vq35 motor from the 09+ maxima including the throttle body. And that motor has similarities to the HR motors found in the 350z.
Also there are some individuals that are attempting to use a 75mm tb on the older maximas that have the 70mm. But they are using it with a custom I/M or a speed force racing I/M.

Anyway I know that sounds confusing.

Proof that the TB's are a restriction? Dual 70mm TB's is more than enough air for a little V6. A 6+ liter LS motor can make do with a 100MM TB, which has just barely 1% more area than two 70mm.

I think the OP has the vq35de motor and not the HR with dual TB's. I guess his intention was to upgrade the 70mm TB to the 75mm TB.

stock TB is not a restriction you have to worry about
