Exclamation No Pods From Autometer

I recently recieved an email response from autometer that they have no intention in making a guage pod for the 350Z..Are they FUGGIN STUPID!!?!?!?!?

Dear Sir,

I apologize that there was no response to your previous email. To
answer your question about the 350Z, at the time we have no intentions
on releasing a gauge pod, but that may change in the future because of
the cars popularity. If you would like a full catalog, please email me
back with your name and address. Sorry for the inconvenience, and good
luck with your project.

Sincerely,
Mike Lovro

Simma.

Give it time. It took how many years for Civics to start getting them?

I'm not sure how much the pods were/are from autometer but you could goto any reputable car stereo shop and have them mold you one out of fiberglass and it woudln't cost that much... make one with 6 pods if you want!

Thanks Vic !!! And the update is this ... it is in prototype mode right now. The initial design should be in hand in about 2 weeks. A week or so after final approval, it begins stamping. Look for them at the door somewhere around late Jan. to early Feb. (just guessing based on the time frames Greg and I have discussed.

I used digital guages that I mounted stuck on the top left corner of the windshield. I ran the wires down the pillar with no problem. The guages are from dynotune.org. I have A/F and Nitrous Pressure, but they have others. I think they look better than the regular guages.

I for one am grateful for members like you and Greg! I am looking forward to getting the pod and fitting my AEM Gauge as well as a boost gauge.
