Thanks. We have a really good differential guy at work. Where should I look to buy the oil? Motul ? I'm sure any solid bushings will do

Doesn't matter, just use a good name brand at the correct grade.

Any bushings will be better than busted ones. I'm using whitelines as i intend to keep some of the stock ride quality. Solids can cause more NVH through the frame, but some people have found they can't tell the difference.
