Default small dent in intake

Thinking about buying this momentum performance cold air intake from this dude for real cheap. The only problem is that it has a really small dent in it on the second intake pipe. I tried to upload the photo but it's not working but you can hardly tell. My question is: Does a small dent hurt performance or anything? I'm going to get it for less than 150 and he used it for 4k miles. is it a good buy? Thanks in advance.

edit: here's some photos.

Make sure you run defoulers, without them you'll throw a code.

it will still work fine but the air flow won't be 100% optimal.

You won't notice any difference at all.

It goes into the exhaust O2 sensor holes to help smooth out any turbulence caused by an imperfect intake.

Look at the dent as being a foul, and the defoulers cancels out that dent.

its a non fouler. basically what you have to do is drill out that dent as large as possible, tap it, and thread in a non fouler so you throw any codes because the maf sensor is extremely sensitive. just make sure you dont pinch your throttle cable in the process.

Well it's my intake and it doesn't throw any codes in my car. Is there a reason it would change from car to car?

Maybe you bought your car used and it came with defoulers?

It has no defoulers. I've been all over my car and changed all my piping. Took this intake off because I put a turbo on

Google up "mandrel bent piping." Having a kink in a perfectly mandrel bent pipe introduces friction in the airflow. The computer is expecting a smooth rate of return based upon your throttle pressure. If this rate is disrupted by any dents/imperfections in the piping, then by definition the airflow is disrupted which could put your car in limp mode. It may or may not happen, but see if you can get a discount on the off-chance you may need to tow your car home if a major CEL is triggered which could possibly cause catastrophic engine damage.

If he has problems I'll take it back. I don't think he will have problems.
