Default Oem csc

I noticed the OEM unit is made by Valeo and there is a company in China that makes these for Valeo. Wonder if that's why there's so many *problems*?
I found that Sachs makes the same OEM CSC for 350Z/370Z and it costs around $70 more ($175). Just wondering if Sachs unit is higher quality?
Yeah I know HD CSC is the way to go...just looking at options for those with STOCK set ups that may want to stay that way.

Hard to tell any differences from these comparison pics...could be materials?
I think the seals on the Valeo OEMS are the problem.
Here's the Sachs unit:

If you look closely, there *appears* to be a difference in the seal area around the center. You can see it somewhat on the Valeo...but not on the Sachs.
