Default Looking for advice on cams

As of right now, I have a bone-stock 2008 350z. Discussions with other people about upgrades to my car have raised a lot of debate on cams.

And so I come to you guys asking the following:
-What cams should I look for? (Brand, duration, lift, etc.)
-What kind of gains should I expect from cams?
-Is spending the money on cams worth the gains I can expect?

I can recommend the stock HR cams. They have plenty of low end torque, & make H.P(with a tune) past 7,500 rpm. I got a feeling they might not cost you that much
