I think they are still developing maps for the car. I am moderately modified so my map is going to be different than other z's. Vishnu still needs more z's, stock or modified, to come into testing so they can create more maps for different applications.

We don't charge anything for loading up a new map. In fact, all the upload/downloading/tuning software is available by clicking on the following and following the links:

http://www.vishnutuning.com/xede0.htm

Currently, the website only shows applications for WRXs and EVOs but 350Zs are going to be added.

In order develop the map database, we would like to see 350Zs with the following modifications:

1) Stock
2) Stock with cams
3) Supercharger with upgraded injectors

That would help us get the ball rolling.

Cheers,
shiv

Shiv,

I was just trying to stave off the "Your dyno is messed up" discussion that seems to happen at all the forums.

Thanks for the extra info.

Shiv,
I happen to know of a 350Z in So. Cali with only a JIC exhaust as an engine mod that wouldn't mind being a guinea pig. Let me know...I could use those extra 10 lbs. of torque across the board. jeff@stoptech.com

Didn't Nissan detune our motors from 320HP to the current 287HP via ECU tuning for longevity concerns? Why can't we duplicate that? Or is it bullsh!t?
