Sorry about all the noob questions, but what exactly are these? and is 2k a good price? how much would install be? also what does the compression increase to? HP increase?

It better be a good bit of a difference, considering you can pickup a stock VQ35DE head for about $460 apiece.

and cotton... the OE heads can not be grinded down to achieve what the nismo heads do... there are parts in the casting that would be smoothed out and eliminated that need to be there for other pieces to sit in place properly..
