Default How to crank engine w/o starting?

My Z has been in storage for over a year. I want to spin the motor on the starter to build some oil pressure at low rpm. How can I easily keep the ignition system from firing the spark plugs and the fuel system from flooding the cylinders? I'm hoping I can pull a fuse or two. Advice?

Thanks
