Default Rod & main bearings

I'm hearing OE bearings are the way to go with a build, anyone else hear different?

your rod and main BRG's are in relation to the size of your rod and crank. you have to measure each journal and get BRG's to match the clearance and size. if the crank is brand new along with the rods than it is a safe bet that they are stock size.but if not i would measure everything and get the right ones.

Yes, I know how it all works and I will measure everything with a micrometer. I was just wanted to know if people are using aftermarket and what or if Nissan is the way to go. Thx

Nissan does source high quality rod and main bearings and many engine builders go with them. Depending on what type of build you're going for, Cosworth or other high-end manufacturers might be the choice.
