Thank you for the updates and I hope you find a solution.

Thanks to Joe for updating as well.

I spoke to Joe on the phone last week as I have blown my csc I believe and about to pull
the trigger on the full clutch/flywheel/slave/master/fluids package.I dont track me Z but definitely wathcing this thread.

I am having my shop I trust do repairs, and they work on Z's and race/track cars all the time.

Joe is the man! I bought his kit, and talked with at length at zdayz....I have the same issues with my pedals where on track days, and the dragon, I lost it....I can feel it slowly giving way and have to back off.

Like you, only have about 30,000 miles on the car, all fellow z owners can't believe I am having clutch issues this early....but....I am.

UPDATE: went to specialty z (great people btw), they adjusted my pedal and bleed the system again with super blue. For the time being the clutch issue was resolved, four days later the clutch is beginning to grab extremely low and it is becoming hard again to get the car into gear. I'm starting to get very irritated. There may be a possibility one of the nuts on the clutch adjustment may have not been tightened correctly causing the pedal to loosen up. On my next day off i will have to take her in again and see what the case is.

will update

Thanks for the updates, was the low pedal during normal driving or track?

if you are referring to the low engagement point I'm having as of now, it occurred after the track/after the clutch pedal was first adjusted

Well so far, they are assuming its a hydraulic issue. Either the wilawood master or the slave is bad. They did rebleed the clutch fluid again to make sure there were no bubbles left. From this point on I will need to buy a OEM master to see if that could be my issue.

Honestly getting sick and tired of this problem. Specialty Z has been nothing but help though, and I'm happy they are with me.

Will update.

It is very strange that you are having all these issues.
We have hundreds and hundreds of these in use with no issues like this. I will contact Greg at SZ and try to get this resolved, You most definitely should not need any new parts. I am thinking someone has adjusted the pedal stop point to low and may be causing your issue.

Are you using the stock pedal assy or the RJM pedal assy?

It is a stock assembly. Specialty did have my pedal adjusted one more time. So I will be driving it for a bit to see if my issue will come back. I'll be doing some hard driving when I get some free time.

Great to hear! Well after my last visit to specialtyz, everything seems to be working fine and dandy. I took the car for some spirited driving and had her do some top end. Everything is smooth and feels like butter. In August I will be hitting the track once more to see how she does in a high stress setting.
