Clutch issues (possible Throwout Bearing?)
I was at a huge car gathering (Automation in the Dells for the midwest people) and the car was great, getting compliments, ect.
Drove fine all day, up and down the strip, a few revs, but no burnouts or crazy shifting. Only bad part is crusing is a lot of stop and go.
After being parked for over an hour, I get in and the clutch now engages almost at the floor (instead of up top like before)
Drive for maybe a mile, stop and go, and it just decides to shut off with the clutch pushed in. Start it up and hear this AWFUL squealing sound, but it goes away when the clutch is engaged and driving. It's only there during idle-1,500rpm and only when the clutch is pushed.
I'm hoping this is just the TOB, and hope it didn't ruin anything else driving the 80 miles back home (99% highway cruising)
