help ttz rpm fluctuations

help ttz rpm fluctuations
I get this really weird rpm, a/f reading I will be at a light the rpm goes up and down and so the a/f will go from 12.2-15.9. I fell like its skipping something I don't know what. And most days its ok any help will b appreciated thanks
